Data Protection Consent
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) became effective on May 25th 2018.  The objective of the Regulation is to protect the personal data of all individuals whose personal data passes into and out of the EU/UK, and to ensure that they know their rights regarding the handling of that data.

In compliance with the new Regulation, we are legally required to obtain your permission to collect, process and share your information as stated below. Please read the following agreement.

Consent – We trust that the information you give us is true and accurate. The personal data that you give us will be held on our database at our Head Office in Thailand and lawfully shared with our Group of Companies. It will be used by our Group of Companies to contact you by phone, SMS, email or other electronic means during the course of normal business activities. We may share your information with relevant third parties during your business relationship with us to enable us to meet your objectives and inform you of any important developments. Those companies may be sent a copy of this agreement. We will only store this information for an appropriate time.

Access – You are entitled to request to be informed of, amend, remove consent or delete the personal data we hold on you at any time, using our dedicated form which is available on request.
